All the products are custom made by order, the production of each rug starts once the payment is made by the customer.

 

Owing to this, none of the products can be returned once purchased by the customers.

 

If there are damages to the product during shipment and the customers receive a defective product, they are requested to make an unpacking video of the product and send it to us.

 

Our team thoroughly checks each product before shipping them out to ensure that the buying experience is not spoiled.

 

In some unfortunate cases where damages are encountered, our team will look into the matter and assist the customers in the best way possible.

 

Delays in notification or returns could lead to the rejection of the return request.

 

Note: TuftPlace reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Damaged Products – In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@tuftplace.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging.

 

We will initiate a replacement process for the damaged products at no additional cost to you.

 

Returns & Refunds – We do not accept returns for reasons other than damaged products. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for any other reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Returns are not applicable
